What You'll Do

You'll play a critical role in maintaining clean, safe, and high-functioning hospital environments.

  • Strip, wax, and maintain hard floor surfaces.
  • Operate high-speed burnishers and auto-scrubbers.
  • Perform carpet extraction and spot cleaning.
  • Follow strict safety and infection prevention standards.
  • Work in active healthcare settings alongside patients and staff.

  • Are comfortable working alternating holidays and weekends.
  • Can stay on your feet and move equipment throughout your shift.

What You'll Need

  • Prior experience in floor care, environmental services, or facility maintenance (preferred).
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and operate heavy cleaning equipment.
  • Willingness to strictly adhere to healthcare safety and infection control protocols.
  • Availability to commit to shift work, including alternating weekends and holidays.
