Mosaic Center Expands Orientation Options for Indianapolis Healthcare Job Seekers

Prospective Mosaic Center members attend an Orientation session to learn about healthcare career pathways, coaching and job-readiness support. Starting this October, the Mosaic Center for Work, Life + Learning will offer two Orientation options each month: a morning session from 10 a.m. No matter which session they choose, Orientation is a chance to meet our team, learn what’s possible, and start building a path to a healthcare career that fits into their real lives.” Mosaic Center membership connects you with: One-on-one career coaching and planning with trained coaches familiar with a broad range of entry-level healthcare roles Healthcare career exploration and job-readiness support, no degree or certification required Direct help with resumes, online applications, and interview preparation Earn to Learn training opportunities and clinical certification pathways Financial wellness resources and coaching Community resources that can help address job success barriers, such as transportation or other practical needs Not sure where to begin?

Seven recent graduates of our career readiness training course You don’t need a four-year degree to build a meaningful healthcare career in Indianapolis. A lot of people walk through the doors of the Mosaic Center for Work, Life and Learning thinking they need a job fast. Career Coaching Starts at Orientation Before anything else, you’ll meet our Mosaic Center coaches at Orientation. Because the Mosaic Center is powered by IU Health, coaches evaluate candidates against actual IU Health hiring standards. An Earn-to-Learn Bridge, Built for Real Life When a coach sees potential in a candidate who isn’t quite recruiter-ready yet, they extend an invitation to join Career Readiness Training, a three-week paid earn-to-learn program designed to close the gap. "No matter what you're going through personally, you have to learn how to leave that at the door and show up fully for the people around you." Your Coach Doesn’t Disappear After You’re Hired What makes the Mosaic Center different from a typical job training program is what happens after.
