What to Expect at Orientation
Attending a Mosaic Center orientation is the first step toward learning whether membership may be a good fit for your goals. Orientation sessions are free, welcoming, and designed to help you better understand the support, coaching, and opportunities available through Mosaic Center.
During orientation, you’ll:
- Learn how Mosaic Center membership works
- Explore coaching, training, and career support services
- Hear about healthcare career pathways and opportunities
- Learn what happens after orientation and intake
- Have the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive environment
After orientation, interested participants may move forward with an intake conversation to discuss their goals, interests, and next steps with the Mosaic Center team.
You do not need to have everything figured out before attending orientation. Whether you are exploring a new career path, returning to work, or looking for support as you move forward, orientation is designed to help you better understand your options and decide what path feels right for you.

Membership is personalized. Some members participate in coaching or training for a short time, while others work with Mosaic Center longer depending on their goals. No member is ever charged for membership to the Mosaic Center.
