Mosaic Center Expands Orientation Options for Indianapolis Healthcare Job Seekers
It can be difficult to find time to focus on starting your healthcare career, especially when you are juggling a family, work, transportation challenges, or other commitments.
Starting this October, the Mosaic Center for Work, Life + Learning will offer two Orientation options each month: a morning session from 10 a.m. to noon on the first Monday and an afternoon session from 4 to 6 p.m. on the third Thursday. Both sessions offer the same information and give prospective members more flexibility to choose a time that works for their schedule.
Orientation is the first step for anyone who wants to join the Indianapolis-based Mosaic Center. In either session, you can find out how the Mosaic Center works, explore healthcare career options, and talk with a coach or leader about your job goals to see if membership is right for you.
“People come to us with different schedules and outside responsibilities,” says Shadreck Kamwendo, director at the Mosaic Center. “Adding a morning option gives more people a chance to connect with us. No matter which session they choose, Orientation is a chance to meet our team, learn what’s possible, and start building a path to a healthcare career that fits into their real lives.”

One-on-one career coaching and planning with trained coaches familiar with a broad range of entry-level healthcare roles

Morning sessions: October 5 • November 2 • December 7
Afternoon sessions: October 15 • November 19 • December 17
Morning: 10 a.m.–noon | First Mondays
Afternoon: 4–6 p.m. | Third Thursdays
