These IU Health Application Day events are designed to help qualified candidates move through the hiring process with support from Mosaic Center.
After completing the fit check, candidates will receive the correct IU Health application link. Qualified candidates who complete the application and meet role requirements may be invited to interview in person with IU Health hiring leaders.

Some Roles May Require Pre-Screening
Some candidates may complete a brief phone screening before moving forward to interview scheduling.
Interview Scheduling Is Limited
Candidates selected to move forward will receive a scheduled interview window with IU Health hiring leaders. Only scheduled interviews can meet with hiring managers. Space is limited.

Resumes are strongly encouraged but not required for all positions.

Once you submit your Fit Check form, our team will review your information to determine whether your interests and experience align with current opportunities.
If you appear to be a potential match, you'll receive an invitation to complete an IU Health employment application.
After your application is submitted, qualified candidates may be invited to participate in a virtual pre-screening interview with a member of the IU Health Talent Acquisition team. If selected, you'll receive a Microsoft Teams meeting link and instructions by email from IU Health.
Candidates who successfully complete the virtual pre-screening interview may be invited to continue to the next stage of the process: an in-person interview with an IU Health hiring leader at the Mosaic Center.

Virtual Pre-Screening Interview Dates
- Non-Clinical Roles: June 16 (3 PM - 5 PM)
- Clinical Roles: June 25 (3 PM - 5 PM)
In-Person Hiring Leader Interview Dates at the Mosaic Center
- Non-Clinical Roles: June 23 (10 AM - Noon)
- Clinical Roles: June 30 (10 AM - Noon)

If you are scheduled for an interview and can no longer attend, please contact the Mosaic Center team as soon as possible.
Candidates should arrive on time for their scheduled interview window. Arriving late or missing your interview without communication may impact future scheduling opportunities.

Walk-ins are discouraged for Application Days. Walk-ins can meet with a Mosaic Center Coach and, occasionally, may be invited to interview based on capacity, but registered candidates receive priority consideration. We do not anticipate extra interview capacity at these events.
