Exploring Bridges to Homeownership with INHP

Join the Mosaic Center team for a brief exploration of how — for a limited time only — you can buy the home you deserve by taking advantage of expanded income guidelines for participation in the Bridges to Homeownership program offered by the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP).

This unique program provides homebuyers in Marion County a chance to lease an affordable home first, while a portion of the lease payment will be set aside by INHP for a down payment so you can buy the home after 25 months.

Some benefits of the program include:

• Opportunities to purchase a new construction 3bd, 2.5ba home
• Stable rent of $800 to be paid to INHP for the first 25 months
• A portion of all rent paid to INHP is placed in escrow and used to help with your eventual down payment (*home purchase required)
• Additional opportunities for matched savings during lease period
