Nov 19 - Home Buying Readiness Workshop
Join us for this FREE Mosaic Center home buying journey workshop in partnership with Habitat of Humanity of Greater Indianapolis and INHP — November 20, 2026.
The Mosaic Center for Work, Life + Learning is partnering with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Indianapolis and INHP (Indiana Neighborhood Housing Partnership) to host a free Home Buying Readiness Workshop on Wednesday, November 19, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Mosaic Center, located at 1776 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis.
The two-hour program is designed for working adults who dream of owning a home but aren’t sure where to start. Participants will learn what homeownership opportunities exist in Marion County, what qualifications they’ll need to meet, and how to take their first actionable steps toward buying a home.
“This workshop helps people build confidence and clarity,” says Mosaic Center Coach LaKenya Chancey. “By understanding their options and what makes them eligible, participants can begin shaping a realistic plan for homeownership.”

The Mosaic Center’s mission is to help individuals strengthen financial stability, find good jobs, and reach long-term goals. The Home Buying Readiness Workshop extends that mission beyond the workplace, helping members and community participants build lasting stability through education and trusted partnerships.
This event is free and open to the public, but registration is require to attend.
