Skip the Online Application Maze: Meet with an IU Health Recruiter on Feb. 5

Applying for jobs can feel like pushing your information into a black hole.

You apply online. You wait. You hear nothing. You wait some more.

On Thursday, February 5, 2026, IU Health is doing something different. We’re bringing recruiters to the Mosaic Center for an in-person Application Day so you can meet face-to-face, ask questions, and get a clear next step.

This event is only for these positions:

• Food Services
• Environmental Services
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

What happens at Application Day?

You’ll meet one-on-one with an IU Health recruiter for a 15-minute prescreen interview. If you’re a good fit, you’ll hear back from a recruiter within 24 hours. Then you’ll receive a direct application link for the role(s) you discussed.

This is not a general job fair. It’s a focused event for these roles only, and registration is required.

Choose the session that works best for you:

• Morning session: 10 a.m. to noon
• Afternoon session: 4 to 6 p.m.

Your spot is reserved for the session you choose. Note: Based on our experiences with past Application Days, we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins or session changes.
